In May 2009 London‘s South Bank will be transformed into a river of song as more than 60 gay and lesbian choirs from around the world descend on the Southbank Centre for four days of music and song — and EVERYONE‘s invited.

Be part of Various Voices 2009, Europe‘s largest ever celebration of lesbian and gay music and a major event in London‘s arts calendar. Join us as a singer; in the audience; at social events; in a workshop and at any number of free events in and around the Southbank Centre.

Various Voices only takes place once every four years, with European cities bidding for the honour of playing host. We‘ll be adding a lot more news to this site as plans are confirmed and big names signed up. To make sure you‘re ahead of the game sign up for our mailing list by sending an email to , become our friend on Facebook or MySpace and check out our blog.

We‘re looking forward to singing with you.
